Which equipment brands do you service?
All of them. We're multi-brand and service HOIST, plate-loaded, cardio and free-weight equipment of any make on your floor.
What's the difference between comprehensive and labour-only AMC?
Comprehensive covers scheduled visits, labour and parts. Labour-only (non-comprehensive) covers visits and labour, with genuine spares billed as used. We'll recommend the right fit for your equipment age and usage.
How fast do you respond to a breakdown?
AMC clients get priority response. We aim to attend breakdowns quickly to minimise downtime, and carry common spares to fix on the first visit wherever possible.
